About Us

Proper Water is run by two brothers. And water is all we know.

For 15 years, we worked in water treatment in Turkey. Testing it, filtering it, softening it, and solving hard water problems for thousands of homes. We sat in people's kitchens and bathrooms, listened to their problems, and fixed them. Over time, we got very good at it.

Now we've brought that experience to the UK.

Britain has some of the hardest water in Europe. Chlorine, limescale, and minerals that leave their mark on your hair, your skin, and every surface in your home. Most people just live with it. We don't think they should have to.

We're still a small team. We answer our own emails. We care about the details. And after 15 years, we believe the same thing we did on day one. Water problems have proper solutions, and good water shouldn't be complicated.
